A Normandy Quiz.

Thanks for all your comments on the last blog post, it really shows how much you remember about previous French holidays., but how much do you know about the place we are about to visit, Normandy. There’s only one way to find out…………QUIZ!!!!!

  1. I really must have too much time on my hands now Ken!!! No point in doing the quiz if I can't win the bottle of wine! Nice to see Norman 'bite your legs' Hunter! Saw him play many times. Even at Wembley in the Charity Shield when Billy Bremner was sent off.

    2. Fry onion and apple in olive oil and butter for 2-3 mins. Add some cider and mussels and cover pan. When mussels open add more cider. Cook 2 mins and put mussels on serving dish. Add cream and parsley to sauce and reduce. Pour over mussels to serve.

  6. I used my AA Normandy book apart from the footballer where I googled "Norman Footballer" images and tried to compare all the different ones to the picture. Not an easy task I might add. Oh and the recipe came from a cookery book.
